Grup Yorum üyeleri Helin Bölek ve Bahar Kurt’un yargılandığı davanın duruşması 20 Kasım günü saat 09.30’da Çağlayan Adliyesi 35. Ağır Ceza Mahkemesi’nde görülmeye devam edecek. Grup Yorum ve birçok demokratik kuruluş tarafından davaya katılarak açlık grevinde olan Yorum üyelerinin sahiplenmesi konusunda duyurular yapıldı. Bunların içinde tutsak Yorumcuların aileleri de yer almaktadır! Adalet istemiyle Grup Yorum üyeleri bugün 187 gündür açlık grevi eylemine devam etmektedir.

Bu korku kendi çıkarlarının önünde büyük bir engeldir! Bu engeli de açmak için AB ve ABD’nin dayatmasıyla Grup Yorum’un çalışmalarının yürütüldüğü İdil Kültür Merkezi defalarca basılarak talan edilerek kullanılamaz hale getirilmiştir. Yüz binleri aşan konserlerinin yasaklanması ise başta Türkiye ve Türkiye’yi destekleyen Avrupa ülkeleri tarafından yasaklanmıştır. Bu yasakların tek nedeni ise halkın örgütlenip, hakkını savunması-aramasını, bu uğurda örgütlenmesinin önüne geçmek istemektedir bu düzen. Halkın ve halkın sanatçılarının haklı talepleri için başvuruların tüm yolların tıkanmasının ardından bedenlerine açlığa yatıran Grup Yorum üyelerinin yalnız bırakılmaması günümüzde Türkiye ile dünyada yaşanan adaletsizliğe, sisteme karşı kararlı verilen mücadeleyle eşdeğerdir.

Am 20 November ist der Prozess gegen Grup Yorum!
Der Prozess gegen die Mitglieder der Grup Yorum Helin Bölek und Bahar Kurt am 20. November um 09.30 Uhr im Caglayan Courthouse 35.
Er wird weiterhin vor dem Strafgericht erscheinen. Grup Yorum und viele demokratische Organisationen beteiligten sich an dem Fall und kündigten die Verantwortung für die hungergeplagten Mitglieder von Grup Yorum an. Dazu gehören die Familien der gefangenen von Grup Yorum! Die Mitglieder der Gruppe für Gerechtigkeit setzen heute den Hungerstreik für 187 Tage fort.

Diese Angst ist ein großes Hindernis für ihre eigenen Interessen!
Um diese Barriere zu öffnen, wurde das Idil Kulturzentrum, überfallen und unbrauchbar gemacht. Das Verbot von Hunderttausende Konzerte von europäischen Ländern welche
die Türkei unterstützen sind die Folgen ihrer Angst. Der einzige Grund für diese Verbote ist, dass die Menschen ihre Rechte organisieren und verteidigen und die Organisation zu diesem Zweck verhindern wollen.
