Devrimcilik yapmak suç değil, görevdir!
Musa Aşoğlu’na Özgürlük! Siyasi Tutsaklara Özgürlük!
2 Aralık 2016, Hamburg’da tutuklanan Türkiyeli devrimci Musa Aşoğlu’na tutuklanma gerekçesi 129 a-b maddesi kapsamında DHKP-C’nin Avrupa sorumlusu olduğu iddiasıdır.
Musa Aşoğlu aynı zamanda Amerikan emperyalizmi tarafında başına 3 milyon dolar ödül koyularak ve Türkiye tarafında yine para ödülü koyularak aranmaktaydı.
Musa Aşoğlu suçlu değildir çünkü devrimcilik yapmak bir görevdir.
Devrimcilik yapmak suç değil çünkü;
Dünya nın dört bir yanına emperyalistler kendi egemenliklerini korumak için askeri üstler kuruyorsa ve bu üstleri halklara saldırmak için kullanıyorlarsa buna karşı mücadele etmek suç değil görevdir.
Ebu Gıyeb, Guantanamo, Hayber Kalesi gibi işkence merkezleri kurulup insanlara her türlü işkence yapılıyorsa buna karşı mücadele etmek meşrudur.
Bir avuç tekelin çıkarlarını korumak için dünya haklarına hiç bir hak tanımayarak köle gibi çalıştırılıyorsa, ülkelerin kaynaklarını halkları aç bırakmak uğruna sömürenler var ise devrimcilik yapmak görevdir.
Sömürü düzenlerinin devamı için halkların başına bomba yağdırıp, katledenlere karşı mücadele etmek suç değil görevdir.
Kafatasçı, ırkçı düşüncelerle halkları aşağılayan, ırkçı saldırılara maruz bırakarak katleden, ayrımcılık yapan emperyalizme karşı mücadele etmek suç değil görevdir.
Bu nedenle; Asıl suçlular Emperyalistlerdir
Musa Aşoğlu’nun davası 25 ocak günü Hamburg’da başlayacaktır. Bu dava sadece bir devrimcinin yargılanması değil, halkın geleceğinin yargılanmasıdır.
Bu doğrultuda Musa Aşoğlu’nu sahiplenmek,
ona yönelik saldırılar karşısında saf tutmak bir görevdir.

12.00-12.30 hapishane önü miting
14.00 – 14.30 Açılış konuşması.
14.30 – 17.00 129-b yasası, G20 eylemlerinden sonra yürüyüş ve eylem hakkı kanununa getirilen kısıtlamalar, baskılar, Anti-Terör paragrafları.
18.30 – 21.:00 Amerikan emperyalizmin devrimcilere yönelik saldırıları, kelle avcılığı ve Musa Aşoğlu’nun başına koyulan 3 milyon dolar.

10.00 – 12.00 Tutsaklara ve siyasi örgütlere, yapılara karşı uygulanan tecrit
13.00 – 15.00 Musa Aşoğlu için pratikte ne yapabiliriz, eylemler ve toplumu bilgilendirme çalışmaları konularında öneri ve teklifler. Pratik çalışma içerisinde, farklı yapılarla, güçlü bir ortak çalışmayı nasıl planlayabiliriz.

Being a revolutionary is not a crime, it is a task!
Freedom for Musa Aşoğlu!
Freedom For Political Prisoners!
The reason for the imprisonment of the Turkish revolutionary Musa Aşoğlu, who was imprisoned on December the 2nd of 2016 in Hamburg, is the claim that he is the head of the European wing of DHKP-C according to the article of 129 a-b.
Musa Aşoğlu was also at the same time searched for by American imperialism with a bounty of 3 million dollars on his head and by Turkey too with also a bounty on him.
Musa Aşoğlu is not guilty because being a revolutionary is a task.
The real criminals are the imperialists who exploit and murder the peoples of the world.
Being a revolutionary is a task, because;
If the imperialists set up military bases around the world to protect their reign and use these bases to attack the peoples, then struggling against this is not a crime but a task.
If torture centers like Abu Ghraib, Guantanamo and Khaybar Castle are set up and all types of torture are done against people, then it is justified to struggle against this.
If the peoples of the world have to work like slaves without any rights for a handful of monopolists, if there are some who exploit the recources of countries for the sake of leaving people hungry, than being a revolutionary is a task.
To struggle against those who bomb and massacre the people to continue their system of exploitation is not a crime but a task. To struggle against imperialism, who discriminates and insult people with xenophobic and racists thoughts, who lets them get exposed to racist attacks and makes them get massacred, is not a crime but a task.
Musa Aşoğlu’s trial will start at January 25 at Hamburg. Because of this reason; this case is not only the case of a revolution being prosecuted, but the prosecution of the future of the people. It is a task to side with Musa Aşoğlu in the attacks directed against him.

14:30 – 17:00 The 129-b code, the limitations of the code of right marching and actions imposed after the G20 protests, oppressions, Anti-Terror paragraphs.
18:30 – 21:00 The attacks directed at revolutionaries, the bounty hunting and the price on the head of Musa Aşoğlu imposed by American imperialism.

13:00 – 15:00 What can we do for Musa Aşoğlu in practice, ideas and proposals for actions and for the work to raise awareness in the society. How can we do joint work with different organisations.
